Program Information and Requirements
To qualify for pet food assistance, you must meet the following requirements:
- Assistance is limited to 3 companion pets living in your home. This can be a combination of up to 3 cats, dogs and other pets.
- You must provide a current, valid Pennsylvania Photograph ID with a local address. You must live in Luzerne County to receive pet food assistance from the NEPA Pet Food Pantry.
- You agree that pets in your care are for companionship only, not for breeding.
- Proof of veterinary care is required for each pet (please print and bring to initial pet food pickup).

A spay/neuter certificate is required for each pet for whom you are seeking assistance, as well as proof of a current rabies vaccination for each dog or cat for whom you are seeking assistance.
- Agree that you will not add more pets to your household while on the Food Assistance Program.
Food pickup will be by appointment at our warehouse located on Wyoming Avenue in Exeter, PA
